At Effort for Hope Community Development Initiative, we agitate for improved access to healthcare, health education and awareness, maternal and child health, policy and advocacy as the only way to have healthy and sustainable communities.
In conjunction with partner organizations, we've rolled out our HIV awareness program which aims at providing information to youths on how to live safe and also how to live life even when infected.
Through holistic approaches with partner organizations and facilities, we identify and refer cancer-related illnesses where we refer patients for diagnosis and possible treatments.
In our Hospital Visit program, we go to health facilities to pray for the sick, support some where possible and also preach messages of hope to those who feel down and lost.
In our maternal and child support program, we sometimes give pregnant women free Mama kits and also encourage them to give birth in hospitals to avoid the associated consequences.
